We schedule the earliest available appointment based on your location and technician availability. In many cases, service can be arranged for the same day or the next available service window.

Make sure the technician can easily access the appliance and, when possible, clear any items around it. You don’t need to disassemble or move the appliance before the appointment.

Our service call and diagnostic fee is $79. It covers the technician’s visit and professional diagnosis of the appliance.

Yes. If you approve and proceed with the recommended repair, the $79 service call fee is waived, so you only pay for the repair.

Yes. Our technicians carry commonly used OEM parts and professional tools, which allows many repairs to be completed during the first visit. Model-specific components may need to be ordered.

Many repairs can be completed during the initial appointment when the required part is available. If a specific component needs to be ordered, we’ll explain what is needed and arrange the follow-up repair.
